Marmit Godzilla 73 from the Wonderfest of Japan 2008. This is the black/green vinyl with looks to be like glitter inside? Standard size. Godzilla 73 is the version I had known and loved as a kid from Saturday afternoon TV and Svengoolie here in Chicago. Marmit has done another amazing sculpt and variation with this piece!
Marmit Black-End will be our featured collectible of the month. This is one crazy figure! He reminds me of a dragon inside a giant grapefruit with dangerous spikes throughout the body. In the episode the spikes retract and extract from him. Amazing sculpt design and the paint job is immaculate, one of the best Marmit figures to come out this year. Tail and feet are move-able. Black-End was a Ultraman Leo kaiju. He was the season finale monster, also Black-End has never been issued by any other company before except Marmit. It would fit well with a Marmit Darkron figure. We started The Lost Kaiju to bring new and vintage Japanese toys and collectibles to all those out there who actually remember movies like Matango (Attack of the Mushroom People) or Spectreman tv shows--and to those who are just starting their collection.
By the way, "kaiju" translated to English is "monster". . . but we're sure you already knew that.
